Cheesy Beef and Potato Bake

Ingredients
- ground beef
- potato
- cheddar cheese
- butter
- milk
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. While beef cooks, peel and slice potatoes thinly.
4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potato slices at the bottom.
5. Spread the cooked beef over the potatoes, then layer the remaining potatoes on top.
6. Pour milk over the entire dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
