Cheesy BBQ Chicken and Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by the shredded chicken, and then pour half of the sauce mixture on top.
4. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, chicken, and sauce.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 45-50 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
