Spicy Yogurt Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- chicken breast
- greek yogurt
- garlic
- cumin
- black pepper
- salt
- onion powder
- honey
- carrot
- bell pepper
Instructions
1. Cut chicken breast into cubes and marinate in a mixture of greek yogurt, minced garlic, cumin, black pepper, salt, onion powder, and honey for 30 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chop bell pepper and carrot into bite-sized chunks.
3. Thread marinated chicken and veggies onto skewers.
4. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook skewers for 8-10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked, turning occasionally.
5. Serve with a yogurt dip or fresh salad.
