Cheesy Chicken and Rice Egg Bake

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. In a greased baking dish, combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, onion, and half of the cheese.
4. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken and rice, mixing well.
5. Top with the remaining cheese.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
7. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
