Savory Mashed Potato & Cheese Bake

1. Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until tender; drain.

2. In a bowl, mash potatoes with butter, milk, and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chili powder).

3. Fold in shredded cheese until melted into the mixture.

4. Transfer the mashed potato mixture into a greased baking dish and top with more cheese.

5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
